Is there a way to connect my Acer Iconia One 8 B1-830 Tablet to my computer with Windows 10? I tried it but my computer won't recognize the device or download and install the recommended driver. I tried searching for the specific driver needed at the Acer web but the driver available for my device is only compatible with Windows 7/8. Now, I have a hard time transferring my files between the two devices. Any help would be awesome! ????

windows 10 doesn't need any driver to be able to connect to your tablet.

check if your tablet prompt a permission request (a pop up on the main screen) when you connect it to windows 10.

just to be sure it's not an hardware issue on your tablet, try to connect it to another PC.

When I connect my Acer Tab, there's no prompt to grant permission. But, yeah, I try to connect it to another computer. Thanks for the info! ????

ok, please try another USB cable too and if it's still not working on another PC, try a factory reset but backup all your data first:

    settings/backup & reset - factory data reset
