Acer Aspire left hinge is so bad now that the top of the computer comes up and exposes the computer!

The left hinge of my Aspire E series laptop is so off the hook now, when I open and close the computer it exposes a gap and you can see the computer inside. That can't be good! Also, over the two years I've had it, the small screws on the bottom fall out and I have to constantly screw them back in - one of them being the left hinge corner screw. And now I can't even screw a screw in as it just turns round and round. I don't know what to do...is it over for this computer? This is the second Aspire I've had in only five years.
