Hello all,

I bought this laptop several months ago because the hinge options seemed awesome

After using it for some months in windows 8 and windows 10 it has become exceedingly frustrating. The keyboard requires very hard pecks to register, shift keystrokes often miss, etc. The touchpad is jittery at times. It is a very tiring to type anything of substance on this machine.

I've heard people had hardware keyboard issues with the earlier iterations of this laptop but on mine all keys are recognized, it just takes exceptional effort to get everything to type correctly. Its a workout typing up a report.

I can't return the product and am so frustrated at the loss in productivity that I am considering just buying a new laptop.

wondering if I''m missing some type of setting or adjustment in windows or bios that can help these issues before I toss this.

Thanks for all your help.

Collin

I have a R3-131T-P344 with win 10 and have never noticed any issues. Have you gone to Control Panel > Keyboard and adjusted some of the parameters ?

Mine has the n3700 cpu. Do you have the n3050 ?
