eRecovery Create Factory Default Backup USB

Hi, I bought a batch of TravelMate TMP258-M-716Z machines with DVD drives.  When I went to create a set of factory default disks, eRecovery Management only gave me the option of using a 16GB USB drive.

I tried three times (formatting inbetween) and kept getting an error for insufficient disk space on the 16GB drive.  After formatting, Windows 7 shows 14.9GB available on the removable drive.  eRecovery estimated it would need 14.4.

Is there a way to get this on a 16GB drive or do I need to grab some 32s?

    32GB will be better.

I'll give that a try.  Kinda wish I didn't buy a bunch of 16GB sticks as recommended by the eRecovery software.
