Need replacement keyboard for Acer Aspire E5 571 509R

My laptop's keyboard stopped working (only the "a" and "1" keys will work). I believe this to be a hardware problem and would like to know what the exact model for a replacement keyboard is and where I could purchase one. After some researching some opinions said to change the entire top plate of the laptop, if that is a better solution I would need the model for it as well. Thank you

    Hello,

    1. Have you performed a power reset?
    2. Have you tried this using an external keyboard?
      1. Press Windows key + [X]  to open the device manager.
      2. In Device Manager, expand keyboard and right click and then click Uninstall.
      3. When you are prompted to confirm that you want to remove the device, click OK.
      4. Restart the computer.
      5. After the computer restarts, the drivers will be automatically installed.

Yes, I tried removing the battery and holding the power button for 60 seconds, did it a few times and it didn't work. I also tried reinstalling the drivers with no fix, I even installed Windows 10 in case the drivers for it would fix it but nothing has worked
