Win 10 Acer Iconia Tab 8 can't reset, can't restore, can't connect to the internet

These are the problems of my Acer tablet pc windows 10:

-I can't reset it. Could not find the recovery environment"
-I can't use system restore. "0x81000203 error code."
-I can't open movies, pictures, softwares
-There's an "x" on the sound icon at the notification panel below

-There's an "x" on the ethernet icon at the notification panel below

-There is no Wifi. I cant connect to the internet

-I can't install any software

-The Windows Security Center service can't be started.

    Did your tablet come with Windows 10 or did you upgrade to Windows 10? It sounds as if a bunch of the drivers aren't installed, but it could also be a virus stepping on your toes. If it's drivers you can download on a different machine and transfer using a USB stick to install them.

    I've upgraded it from windows 8.1 to windows 10. I already tried installing anti-virus from a usb stick. It won't work. The tablet won't accept any software installation. I think the whole system is corrupted.  I've also tried using a bootable usb to reformat it but still it didn't work. Smiley Sad

    I wonder if it has decided it needs to be in one of the diagnostic boot modes. Bring the tablet up, go to the start menu and launch msconfig.exe. On the general tab is it on normal, diagnostic or selective startup?
