A1-850 tablet is plugged in, charge light is on, but battery will not charge

We had it plugged in with the orginal Acer charger all night and still nothing...stuck at 67%.  We used it this afternoon and it is now down to 13% and that is where it is staying.  I have tried several other chargers we have around the house - and the same result.  Tablet looks like it is charging but the %of charge does not change. I have another Acer tablet and the cables work fine on that one.   We have had the charging port repaired (twice) but I've read there is some other connection that may have failed.  Is there a trouble-shooting thing we can do to help figure out the problem?

    Eventually sent it back for repair and they replaced the mainboard.  This tablet has been such a lemon - but Acer has been faithful with fixing it for me.  Thank you.

    I decided to try it again today and it charged up.  Maybe it just had to sit for a day at a low charge to spring back into action.  I'll post again if it persists.

     The next time it got low, it won't charge again.  We p!ugged it in at 57% for all night and nothing.  It seems like we have to run the battery totally down for it to charge but I don't think that's good for the battery.   The lightning bolt charge icon is on the entire time. I am starting to think we have a lemon here.  (We have had the charging port replaced 2 times).
