USB attached SCSI problem

Hello.  A new Aspire TC-710 Windows 10 Pro 64-bit system won't enable more than one USB attached SCSI drive.  These are Seagate STDT5000100 5TB USB 3.0 drives.  It doesn't matter whether the connection is through the front panel, one of the two USB ports on the back of the system, or through a USB 3.0-supported hub.  I've updated all the chipset drivers including USB 3.0 mass storage controller etc. as well as the patches (except BIOS firmware which doesn't show support for WIndows 10).  Thanks in advance for any inputs/advice.

    Try this:

"Check Control Panel - Device Manager - Disks - double click on the USB drive - Under Policies tab -
check Optimize for Quick Removal - Apply / OK as needed and reboot."
