I did a fresh installation for windows 10 I kept nothing:-

The computer seems to run OK after the updates all USB sockets and touch Pad work but I have this issue or error display The drivers for the PCI Encryption/Decryption controller is not installed and tells me to install the lates drivers. I also get my Bluetooth mouse drop out some times

I have tried to do this by searching the computer and the web to no availe, I have even told it to look in windows old file for drivers thinking that it might have been there.

Propities show the following:-

PCI bus 0.Device 26 function 0

The drivers for this device are not installed (code 28).

I have been asked to do a refresh but if the drivers cannot be detected in windows old then is this a bit pointless  to do this step ?.

Are the drivers for this PCI Intel or Acer ? .

Can some one please point me in the right direction PLease.
