E5-571-52C8 very slow after BIOS update 1.32

My Acer E5-571-52C8 turned very slow after a BIOS update. I updated to v1.32. It seems, like it only recognizes 1 processor instead of 4. I used to be able to chose rebooting with 2 processors instead of 1 (using msconfig, advanced options). Right now I can select only 1 processor.
Downgrading to previous BIOS versions is not possible. So what is the solution?

Hello,
- Have you loaded the default settings in the bios utility?
- Have you reinstalled the chipset driver.

Yes, I did.
2. Have you reinstalled the chipset driver.
Yes.
The problem stays, it seems to recognize just one processor (instead of 4).

Hello,
Could you check with HWMonitor portable version (no installation) and post here a full screen shot?

Hello,
Hmmm it's no good. I don't see the motherboard id and the cpu name is not full. It's the first time I see this kind of issue to be honest. The only solution is to recovery the bios by an authorized repairer or a service center. This requires special "tools".
I wonder if this version is really stable: 2016/04/07 = 07/04/2016

I managed to downgrade to BIOS version 1.31, instead of 1.32, using this method: http://community.acer.com/t5/E-and-M-Series-Laptops/Aspire-E5-571-BIOS-update-v1-31-Error/td-p/380964
It still doesn't recognize all the cores though...

My problem is solved! In the msconfig, startup, advanced options I unchecked 'number of processors', then restarted the computer, and suddenly I checked this same box again and could chose between 1, 2, 3 or 4 processors. So after all, it had nothing to do with the BIOS.
