    hello all i  have lost my boot drive and i got to command prompt can any one help as it says x:\source> i have a new windows 8.1 pro disk but it will not let it boot  i also have a usb drive but it will not take  the info so i am kind of in a bad way i hope your all good thanks if any help

      What do you mean by this? Did the boot drive crash? Have you tried erecovery?
