greetings to all,

I bought a "aspire e5-571G-597D".
I can not start the application "recovery management" to create recovery discs.

I formatted S.O. but the problem remains.
How to do?
greetings

If you have Windows 8.1, I guess you could create your recovery drive with Windows built-in feature.  If you don't want to do that, I guess you could reset your PC to default to get Acer Recovery Management Software back.

Is your computer shipped with windows 7 or 8?

If your computer is shipped with windows 8, it does not provide an option to create recovery CDs or DVDs. You can  create the recovery media to restore your operating system using a 16 GB or larger flash drive.

    my computer installed Windows 8.
when you explain: "Here, s the steps to create the USB recovery media recovery USB media", I specify that "recovery management" do not work. I can not follow the guidance that you have indicated.

as JordanB stated, follow this guide:

    http://windows.microsoft.com/en-us/windows-8/create-usb-recovery-drive

it will start windows recovery that's the same used by Acer but without starting the Acer erecovery process, so you will bypass your issue.

Let me ask you a really dumb question first.

When you say you "formatted S.O",  what do you mean?

I think I know what you mean, but just want to be sure.

I formatted the computer. I reinstalled the original factory S.O.

    ok thanks.  Just making sure.

    S.O. = O.S.

    sistema operativo = operating system
