Acer predator 15 laptop

So my problem is:
Today i turned on my laptop, it said battery low 10% so i plugged it in to charge it, so after that i was looking on youtube when suddenly my laptop fell out, and now i
Cant restart it, anybody knows this problem and knows how to fix it? Thx

    Ok probably a hardware issue. As your laptop is under warranty, I suggest you to contact your reseller.

    Have you tried this:

     

    1. Shut down your laptop

    2. Disconnect the AC adapter

    3. Wait few minutes

    4. Follow this procedure

    Note: The battery reset pinhole is marked with this symbol AC-BRP on the bottom of the laptop.

    The problem is that its turned off and that i cant turn it on anymore it doesnt do anything

    Sorry it's a standard procedure. Try only the reset pinhole.

    Do you see one of the indicators (power or battery) lighted up when you plug the AC adapter in?

    Could you check the output voltage of the AC adapter with a multimeter (VDC)? You should find 19 VDC.

    Yes i will and Yes its still under warrenty, its only 5months old.

    I tested the cable and its says 220v but i cant test the adapter,

    I can't test the adapter

    Why? Just check the output voltage on the DC plug of the AC adpater.
