    acer extensa 2508 touchpad not working after upgrade to win 10, it was running win 7

      Try reinstalling the driver - go to device manager, right click & select uninstall. Restart the laptop & Windows will reinstall it. Hopefully it should now work. If not then check Acer's support for your region to see if there is an updated driver.

      go to BIOS (F2) change the setting for touchpad from: Advanced  to:  Basic
