W510 : Can I move files to my SDHC card/ Driver Booster 3 problems.

Hi.

For $90,I purchased an ACER W510. It's a few years old,and not the fastest tablet on the planet, but for what I do it's good.

I bought a Lexmark 16GB SDHC card in hopes that I could drag and drop files to it and free some space . Is this possible? If not, what's the point of having one?

Also, I installed Driver Booster 3. While it was installing the drivers ,it began to shutdown. As I reboot the tablet,it got as far as the login screen before it began to shut down again.

After restoring to factory settings, it's working again But what caused this?

Thanks!

Sure, you can put on the SD card most things. Not the OS itself, but all your documents, music, etc and programs you install yourself. I would steer clear of moving temporary systems files, like virtual memory, to the SD card because it'll be somewhat slower than the SSD. It's best to put things used less often on the card and leave what you use often on the main drive.
