Hello,

I have a acer aspire VN7-591G-55B7 equiped with a Intel Dual-Band Wireless-AC 7265.

I already had issue with it when switching from AC to DC or when plugging an RJ-45 but now it seems to be completely gone ( I read error 45 in the device manager) I tried repair from the acer recovery manager, uninstall/install.

Should I try the option "delete the driver" and redownload it ?

It seems to be a hardware probleme thought, I really need my PC and would not consider returning it to the support.

Do you think changing the wifi card myself as an easy operation ?

TY

Have you shut down the laptop and then restarted it?

May not help, but while it's off, remove the power cord and find the tiny battery reset hole in the bottom. Use a paperclip or something to Gently press into the hole intil you feel a click.

    Plug it in aand start.
