after a new reboot, I can not establish a network connection, or Homegroup, but still connecting to internet. The only solution is to restart. I asked Windows community in Windows 10 Section, they advised me to update the network driver, but it is uptodate. Does any one suffer from the same issue, und  found the solution?

try to uninstall your network adapter from Device Manager and then let windows re-install drivers after a reboot.

    windows logo key + x

    Device manager

    click on network adapter

right click on the network adapter you need to uninstall

choose uninstall and tick to uninstall softwrae too if prompted

    then reboot

I tried, windows installs quickly its newest driver after uninstalling. The Driver nummber which windows installs is 4.0.1, but the newest one from qulacom atheros ist 10.0.0.  I disconnected internet, uninstall windows driver, reinstall qulacom driver, with the same result a driver with the nummber 4.0.1. I have thought windows automatically uninsatlled qulacom driver, but when I clicked on steup icon, it gave me the option either to repair or uninstall, so there was no uninstalling process.

Try this to block windows 10 automatic drivers updates:
