Will my Aspire 7750-6423 support windows 10. I tried the upgrade and got a black screen. I called Microsoft and was able to back up to Wiindows 7. Microsoft says my laptop is not compatible? It's not that old.

does your laptop has Intel HD3000 as graphic adapter?

prior to upgrade to windows 10, i would check your BIOS version:

press windows logo key + r

type

msinfo32

check BIOS DATE/Version

if it's lower than 1.21, please upate it

then (i hope you did the Acer erecovery Disks), i would try a clean windows 10 installation, without connecting to the web, if it works, connect it and let windows 10 do the updates.

if it black screen after the update, probably is installing a bad graphic adapter driver.
