Multiple users on Iconia One 10?

I have been told (after purchase) by the Acer chat help that it is not possible.  Despite the Acer website stating it is.

They said some of the Iconia ones will do it but were unable to tell me how to identify which ones would, other that a recommendation to go into a shop and see if they will let you try several until you can find one that does.

I think Acer has modified the software, as where the "Users" tab should be in settings is a Acer provided option.

I am waiting for several days now for a call back from whoever this was escalated to to resolve the problem.

Chat also gave me a phone number to call and denied it was a Google number!  However if you dial it Google welcome you.  They were quick and helpful and said the only way to multi user is via the "Users" tab in settings.  Google could not understand why this tablet could not do multi user.

 Acer have removed this facility.

The Acer website clearly states that Multi user is possible on this tablet, but it is not true.

I will give them one more day to call me and then it is going back as "Not as advertised".  

If you want multi user I do not advise buying this tablet.  If you need multi user, and have already bought it under false pretences, retun it and buy another manufacturer.

I am not impressed with Acer customer service as well - so I would advise thinking hard before buying Acer - even what should be a commodity, a Andriod tablet.
