Am very frustrated-technician said I had to purchase the eRecovery recovery software-it doesn't work

    Thank you SOOOOOO much for sticking with me.......upon opening the case I found loose cables...... reconnected them and went through the recovery software,,,,,, this solved the problem, the network adapter drive was resolved and everything is back to normal!!!    Can't believe it was something sooo simple.
