connection wireless keyboard and switch 12 is irreversable disconnected. i heard that the firmware ?

my aspire  switch 12 is not to connect with the wireless keyboard. is there someone who has some expirience with this issue?

    This can happen if the keyboard looses it's charge. Remember that the keyboard only charges when plugged into the back of the unit, not while plugged into the front. If the keyboard is fully charged, verify that you have turned it on.

    thanks for your comment.I charched the kéyboard for at least 10 hours but no difference. I called the shop where I bought the Switch 12. They don't have a solution but suggest a new versio of the firmware. at the Acer support tab: ' there is no new version. Do you have an other suggeßtion?

    What does the keyboard light do as you switch between on and off?

    When I switch the keyboard on, the blue led is active for about 5 seconds. After that not any activity.

    But, in between, I contacted the Acre help desk. By a long thelephone call, they understood the question and send me two small programs: one for een complete reset and one voor a coupling fix. The last one was enough. After installation and following the procedure, the keybord works immediately.

    It's difficult to understand why the electronic shop where I bougt the Acer Switch, was not able handling the right software.
