v5-571p windows 10 upgrade

I have asked support and got nowhere, so does anybody know why the v5-571p isn't on the upgrade list for windows 10 http://www.acer.co.uk/ac/en/GB/content/windows10-eligible-models similar spec models are. The upgrade from microsoft is working, (I like windows 10), why isn't acer supporting this model with drivers why do I feel abandoned. You can still buy this model.

    well 3 months later and still no official support or response from acer support.

    does acer tech support ever respond or even exist?

    acer just don't care about their customers or products so there is no point in telling acer anything, I've tried that. But posting here at least lets others know what sort of company they are dealing with.

     

    There is also just a chance someone hear knows why acer has no support or maybe even how to get a response from them, I have tried every support form and email address I can find. The best I got was a reply from Taiwan saying its not our area we will pass it on, guess what happened........... no answer.

    As for the V5-571P not being on the Windows 10 upgrade list, this doesn't mean you can't upgrade, it does mean that Acer was not able to commit to providing drivers to ensure full functionality. There are several threads where uses have had discussions and provided feedback that they were able to upgrade and resolve any issues.
