Ram causing Display issues.

I recently bought a 4gb Ram upgrade for my Aspire V5-573 Laptop, i removed the cover off the laptop, made sure no power was connected, i then installed the Ram into the laptop. As soon as i turn the laptop on after installing it the laptop turns on but there is no display. I have to have the charger plugged in for the laptop to turn on. The charging and power light comes on but there is still no display, the laptop makes a beep every 20 seconds or so.

As soon as i take the RAM out, i have no display problems and i can run the laptop without the charger plugged in.

(The RAM I recently bought) -  http://www.amazon.co.uk/Corsair-CMSO4GX3M1A1333C9-Select-Mainstream-Notebook/dp/B002YU83YO

I think it may have something to do with the voltage rating as the laptop states it is a 1.5v RAM slot but i think i need 1.35v

It is just getting frustrating now and would like some help. If i cannot solve this - I am going to buy a crucial RAM upgrade that was recomended by their scanner.

Thanks

    Hello,

    1. Could you give me the first ten characters of the computer serial number (S/N)? Only the first ten.

    2. All original memory modules are DDR3L - 1600MHz
    3. The motherboard is also equipped with 4Gb of onboard memory:
      Hynix or Elpida DDR3L - 1333 or 1600MHz.

    Thanks for the quick reply

I think you made a mistake: NXMC2EK700 instead of NXMC2EK007.

Could you confirm the first ten characters? Thanks.

    Your laptop supports up to 12Gb - DDR3L - 1333/1600MHz (1x8Gb + 4Gb onborad).

In your case, here are the original memory modules:

    Spoiler
    KN.4GB04.006SODIMM.4GB.DDR3L-1600 (Micron)
    KN.4GB07.007SODIMM.4GB.DDR3L-1600 (Kingston)
    KN.4GB07.008SODIMM.4GB.DDR3L-1600 (Kingston)
    KN.4GB07.015SODIMM.4GB.DDR3L-1600 (Kingston)
    KN.4GB07.016SODIMM.4GB.DDR3L-1600 (Kingston)
    KN.4GB09.008SODIMM.4GB.DDR3L-1600 (Elpida)

    KN.4GB0G.022SODIMM.4GB.DDR3L-1600 (Hynix)

Most memory modules are Kingston. I suggest you to buy one part from Kingston on their online shop.
