XG270HU blurry screen in corner

Hello, after updating to Windows 10 my computer monitor is sharp in bottom right corner then gets gradually more blurry the further up and to the left you get on the screen. The screen was sharp over everything before I upgraded to Win 10. Changing Hz doesn't help or swaping from DP to HDMI cable. I am running at 2560x1440 on 144Hz

The screen distortion looks the same as a VGA monitor where you had to press the auto button to calibrate it but there is no way to do that here.

    wockes,

If it was sharp before the upgrade it sounds like a software issue as the upgrade process would not change any settings on the actual monitor itself.

I don't think so. If it was then plugging it into another computer would fix it. The screen was acting oddly before it happened. Refused to go to 144Hz(only wanted 60Hz) then when it finally did it was like this.

I've tried putting it on different Hz, putting the resolution down to 1920x1080. Tried pluggin in my laptop and tried downgrading my computer to Win 8.1 with Windows restore function and still the same thing. Sharp down in bottom corner and more and more out of focus the further up and to the left you look.

Edit: Maybe it was always defective but I didn't notice before and it got worse. I don't know, but I've had the monitor for 4 months and now I can barely use it anymore.

    wockes,

I am not sure if this monitor ships with a Display Port or HDMI cable, but the Display Port cable should be 1.2 and the HDMI should be 2.0 to hit that resolution and refresh (2560x1440 @ 144 Hz) right.

Could you please provide me with the following information so I can investigate a little for you?

    Operating systems(s): Windows 8 and Windows 10

    Resolution attempting to use: 2560x1440 @ 144Hz
Max resolution monitor will work at 144 Hz:
    Video card(s) is use:
Video connection(s) tested: Display Port, HDMI

Are you using the cable that was included with the monitor, a different cable to convert, or an adapter to convert?:
Symptoms: Sharp in bottom right corner then gets gradually more blurry the further up and to the left you get on the screen. Connected to another computer and the issue persisted.

Sure. I took pictures to show what it looks like. It's kinda hard to see but if you look at the first from top left at the address bar you can see that the text is distorted. The second picture is from bottom right where everything is sharp.

    Resolution attempting to use: 2560x1440 @ 144Hz
Max resolution monitor will work at 144 Hz: I don't understand the question but the screen can display 2560x1440 @ 144Hz
Video card(s) is use: Palit GeForce GTX 780 Jetstream 6GB (NE5X780H10JBJ) in SLI mode and single card mode and a AMD Radeon R9 M290X 4GB GDDR5 while trying the monitor on a laptop.
Video connection(s) tested: Display Port 1.2, HDMI (My graphics card doesn't support HDMI 2.0 but I tested it on 2560x1440 @ 60Hz with the same issue

Are you using the cable that was included with the monitor, a different cable to convert, or an adapter to convert?: I'm using the Displayport cable provided. Have tested it with another displayport cable too.

I have the exact same problem. Windows 10, but I didn't even upgrade to it. Monitor has been used only on Windows 10 and suddenly 2 days ago I turn on my computer and I have this exact same issue. Monitor had been acting weird prior to this blurryness though. Sometimes it just didn't turn on and stayed black with no error messages. Just blackness. Now today when I turned on my computer it said "input not supported", but reboot fixed it but the blurriness still stays. Like wockes said, the right side of the screen is fine, but the more to the left you go, the more blurry it gets.

Time to RMA my screen or is this something related to Windows 10 and can be fixed by myself?

Monitor is connected with the included DisplayPort cable and has worked just fine for about 4 months I've had this screen, but then all of a sudden this blurryness and I'm out of hope...

Edit: My GPU is GTX 780ti and all my other monitors work just fine thru DVI. Only this monitor is blurry.

Edit2: I've tried literally everything. Reinstalled Windows 10 completely and reseated graphics card. I wonder how long will it take to get a replacement if I send this to my retailer and then they send this for repair from Finland?
