Need help getting help getting my password on my Acer Aspire Switch 10

I have a Acer Aspire Switch 10, and have forgotten my password. I cant get any help, do to the fact that I cant find my s/n. I have read that it is on the box, which is long gone. Does anyone have any suggestions?

    Hello, Sorry your having problems with your system....

     

    You can get your SNID # with the screen removed from the docking keyboard... It is on the bottom edge of the unit where it connects to the dock!

    Thanks James, is it onot the screen? The only number I find do is a white bar code. It looks more like a s/n and starts with a NT. I've used a magnifier to be able to see everything,  and the rest is engraved on the product. I took two pics of the bottom of my screen.  I hope this helps you helping me.
