Problem with Acer V5-122P screen

Hi!

I have just bought a used V5-122P. I've made a factory reset, and everything worked fine until I have changed the wallpaper to a darker one, then I noticed that if I keep a white window open for a minute in the same place, and then move it, I get a "ghost" image of that window, and it stays there for a couple of minutes. Is that normal for this model?

(the picture doesn't show it that well, in reality it looks a lot worse)

Do You think this is a software, or hardware issue?

not normal at all, look like image retention.

So basically, the screen is "broken"?

I noticed that it happens on screen borders (up to a couple of cm from the outer edge), and not in the center - any way to fix it without replacing the LCD?
