by the way i think your model has virtualization disable by default.
i suggest you to do a google search about modded BIOS but it's all at your own risk.

Ok may be you know wher to download bios for my laptop (V3-571g) and how to chek does that bios have option for VT ? And cat upgrade from 1.xx to 2.xx ?

if you laptop has 1.xx version you can't update to 2.xx; your laptop had windows 7 as factory OS?
I can't tell you where to download modded BIOS, just do a google search with your laptop model + modded BIOS.

no it was without windows at all . it was some kind of linux i don`t remebmer . modded BIOS ? so every BIOSs on Acer.com are without "Advance" menu ?

yes, no advance menu on stock Acer BIOS and i suspect your laptop has virtualization disabled since it was without any OS.
