Hello,
Could you check this:
Go to Control Panel --> Ease of Access --> Ease of Access Center --> Make the keyboard easier to use:
"Turn on Sticky Keys" is unchecked

I just turned on the sticky keys and the shift keys isn't still working any other alternative??? Thanks0

It's not what I said: Check if the sticky keys is unchecked (turn off).

I just did and it still not working.0

I would try resetting the battery using the pinhole reset button. That solves certain keyboard issues.
It is located on the middle of the bottom.

How do I do that please??0

Hello,
I'm surprise! Did you proceed like this:
- Shut down your laptop
- Unplug the AC adapter
- Wait few minutes
- Reset the battery using the pinhole reset button

It didn't work0

Do you have access to the bios setup utility?
- Start up the laptop
- Press [F2] when you'll see the Acer screen
- Press [F9] to load the default settings
- Press [F10] to save and exit
- It will restart automatically.
