V3-575T
Hi all, I just bought the new V3-575T-7008 laptop which came with Windows 10. My work client server and software do not support Windows 10. So I reinstall a fresh Windows 7. But I could not get drivers for these 3:
Intel(R) 100 series Chipset Family CSME:HECI#1 - 9D3A
Network Controler
Unknown Device
I am using internet through plug in LAN, not wireless. Could not make wireless connection to work. Please help. Thank you

the third one is Intel management engine...but i can't find a correct version.

Open Device Manager by clicking the Start button, clicking Control Panel, clicking System and Security, and then, under System, clicking Device Manager.
If you're prompted for an administrator password or confirmation, type the password or provide confirmation.Where you see the Yellow exclamation mark, double click it, choose "Details" tab, from the dropdown menu choose "HardwareIDs", click the first string and copy/paste it here.

Followed your second link I got the Wireless Network to work. The other 2, Intel CHipset and unknown are still not working.
Trying your third link to see if it would solve the other hardware
