Is it possible to install internal ODD on Acer E5-473-53c0 laptop?

Hello, everyone. It appears to have a space for it (a lid at the right side which cannot be removed without perhaps unscrewing the body itself). If it is possible, what should be the compatible specs of the internal ODD? Where can I obtain one? Please help. Thank you so much.

    Hello,

     

    First you should remove the screw located on the bottom and the axle of the dummy ODD (lid).

    Check if the connector is existing.

     

    Here are the part number of the original ODD modules (bezel+bracket+screw+ODD):

    You should contact your Acer technical support or one of the service centers. I think it's possible to buy parts from them.

    Thank you so much for the reply. Unlike some E5 variants though (like this: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=z5RpHEWLpkQ), it seems like mine has no special screw for the ODD. Looks like all the screws here are meant to attach the back case.

    Thanks for the pictures!

    1. Unscrew the screw indicated
    2. Remove the dummy ODD
    3. Check if the connector is existing in the bottom of the ODD housing
