Acer Aspire V5-573 question about RAM

So I want to upgrade my RAM from 4GB to 8GB or 12GB depending on the possibilities. I've tried loads of scanning programms to try and find out how many DIMM slots I have and I've found out that 1 slot has 4GB in but I've found no info on whether or not I have another slot! I would take it apart to check but I wanna keep the number of times I do this to a minimum.

Also I think when I bought my laptop it said 4GB and max 8GB but on crucial.com it says max memory 12GB!

So basically: How many slots do I have and what is my max amount of RAM?!

Thanks so much if you can help!!

You should have one open replaceable-memory slot so you can add memory to your existing non-replaceable 4 gb memory.

You can add one 8gb module in the one open replaceable-memory slot
