There should be a set of buttons above the F1 through F4 keys that enable/diable wireless, Bluetooth, etc. When you press the Bluetooth button, there should be an image that appears on the screen to show it's been enabled/disabled. If you aren't seeing that it could be a driver issue, what was the last thing that was done before it stopped working?

i don't think as7736z come with bluetooth even though it has the button

    From Acer's website:

If the computer has Bluetooth™ installed, there will be a white label on the bottom of the system with the word "Bluetooth" and the Bluetooth logo on it. If the label is not present on the system, it is not equipped with a Bluetooth module.

Note: Only select models ship equipped with a Bluetooth module.
Models may ship with the Bluetooth software, but may not have a Bluetooth module installed for Bluetooth communication.
