    • Acer Aspire E1-571-6837 Won't boot up just loads acer screen

    My acer spire showed some blue screens of death, after I tried formatting it  showed an error and now it just loads the acer screen for approximately 40 seconds and then restarts. It won't boot up, yes i can acces to the bios  menu once I turn it on it just says "no bootable device"

      check on BIOS if your HDD is recognised, check also on Security tab if HDD password is set as frozen.

       

      which version of windows was installed?
