    hi i have an acer aspire m3802 and want to do a full factory reset how do i do this

      Hi sr49dx

       

      Click start, & type in search box: recovery management. This will bring up the Erecovery program. Follow the on screen instructions. When done, install the usual 10 Million Windows updates, all your programs & you're done!

       

      Just remember to back up all your files/documents Smiley Happy
