I have a Acer Laptop Acer Aspire 5251-1513 and would like to upgrade to windows 10 and you do not have it listed on the pages. I want to know why not and what can i do to upgrade to windows 10

There is a good write up here that explains what your options are if your unit is not listed on the supported upgrade list.
Looking at your other post, it looks like Revomaxx gave some pretty good insight why your unit is not listed, which is more or less due to a combination of technical limitations, and some things that you could try. If you want to try any of the things they suggested and are not sure how, I am sure you can just reply to that thread stating such.
