Acer One 14 Z1402-394D, Webcam and Touch pad not working. Help !

Hi, I bought Acer One 14 Z 1402-394D about two months ago. Everything was working fine then, skype would no longer detect my webcam. I tried to check if my webcam is functioning correctly so I visited some sites like Test Webcam but it says webcam not detected.

Today, I find that my touch pad is not working at all, but I can use a mouse.

So I decided to reset my windows hoping that these problems would go away. But the problems are still there.

Any solutions ??

Well, if resetting Windows didn't help, you could try a full reinstall from your recovery partition(backup first!), but, personally I think you have an hardware issue. It might be something simple like a loose connection, or a bit more serious like a motherboard fault.

As your unit is only 2 months old, contact support to arrange a repair.
