My Acer Iconia A3-a20 won't connect to the Internet

Hello! As listed in the subject I have an Acer Iconia A3-A20 tablet and I can't connect it at all to the Internet. As soon as I turn it on it instantly prompts me to connect to wifi and I have tried going to settings and it recognizes the name but nothing happens.  It's like it connects for a second and hops off. I looked somewhere it said to do a system reboot or something. It said to hold the teeny tiny button down and it will restore it..? Forgive me please, obviously I'm not the best with this stuff. I can do the basics and a little beyond the basics but not much. Anyways , please help me...thank you all so much!!

    Pecansandy34,

Here is an article that should help with reloading the tablet. As far as connecting to your wireless, is it giving you an authentication error or anything? It could be your router wireless security configuration, Android tablets can only connect using certain types of security (WPA, WPA2, etc.).

    Hello,

I also have the same problem but the above reccommendation did not work. My relatives android tablet of a diffrent brand connects quite well. I own  a windows device and it connects well also

I also have an Acer Iconia that won't stay connected to the Internet and the above solution did not work because it is a 5.1 android operating system.  What's with the arrows in the pie Icon?  It's a B3-A20.
