I have E5-471G Windows8.1, when batttery reaches 25% or something 20%, it hibernates(depending on what is selected on critical battery action), upon waking up only 5% left. Need your assistance. Battery is not yet 1 year old. Thanks...

Not sure I understand, Your laptop is less then a year old, and your saying that when it shuts down at 25% (Plugged in or unplugged from porwer?) when you wake it (How long after it has been sleeping?) it is down to 5%?

One thing that can help with Battery Health is once the machine is charged to 100% it is best to let the battery do what it is made for! In most cases people use Laptops as Desktops and have them plugged in all day and don't give the battery a chance to drain. Then when they want to use it as it was intended it only last 1/4 or 1/2 the time it did when it was new. On normal use your laptop should last a good 8 hours could be more around 9 and at times less depending the type of use it is seeing.... However if the battery isn't been used with good Power management the life of the battery will be much lower

I do care for my battery, upon full charge I will remove the battery if I will intend to use my laptop for a whole day or I will just unplug the ac power if I want to utilize the battery. My laptop has never been overcharged. Recently, I tried using BatteryBar Pro and for about 18% battery remaining, my laptop hibernates. Upon connecting to ac power and waking up, still 5% battery remains.

Much worse experience on Windows 10 since about 30+% of battery, my laptop hibernates.

Is this a new feature for Acer laptops to conserve battery since we cannot limit the charge of battery? For some laptops, we can set charge limit to 80%, maybe this is implemented with my Acer but only in the discharging process.

I think I solve this by reinstalling the offical Windows 8.1 SL and by overcharging for more than 3hours.
