Acer switch 10 wont boot/boot loop

My acer switch is giving me all sorts of problems. When I go to turn it on it eventually leads to a blue screen that says pc ran into a problem and needs to restart, on the bottom it says inaccessible_boot_device.

I try entering a boot menu via f12 and the only option is Windows boot manager which leads the same error page.

I am hoping to find a way into the reset/recovery powershell or a way into cmd

I put windows onto a USB and changed the boot priority to USB and it will not boot from the USB at all.

In BIOS I noticed some secure boot options that I could not change, I found that setting up a BIOS password allowed me to change these, I created a very easy small password and tried the option of changing those back back to factory setting just in case. Now when I boot up the same thing occurs via the error message. But now when I go into BIOS it asks for a password and the one I created is not working.

Is there a way to reset this?

Any information or tips on how to get by all of this will be greatly appreciated! Thank you in advance.

Sounds to me like the drive has gone bad. Are you still in warranty?

Then it's time to contact Acer support for warranty repair. Don't be surprised to learn that you've lost any data that wasn't backed up. Smiley Sad
