Driver update entry not responding

My question is about Acer Care Center software (pre-installed) in my SWITCH 1O E. This is a brand new piece (purchased 13 days ago and registered too).   When I click on Updates tile in Acer Care Center and then on driver updates tab I can see an entry called Chipset Driver but when I click on update absolutely nothing happens. What can I do? I cannot seem to delete the entry either.

Further when I checked at the site itself there are several NEWER  driver updates available for my model but they do not seem to reflect in the Acer Care Center updates section - Please tell me why?

Thanks

On my Switch 10, nothing happens when I click Update for the Chipset Driver in the Acer Care Center either.  I've tried many times over several days.

Same as above. Clicking on update does nothing. Clicking on More... does nothing.

    Hi All,

Some of our Community ACE members are currently evaluating the Switch 10 E and have reported the same issue. This is being brought up to the ACC Team to review.

    Thanks,
    Cory

They can take their time. I've changed brands over this. Been buying ASUS.
