Aspire X1935, Upgrading Video Card. Not accepting new cards.
I have an Acer Aspire X1935 i bought many years ago. with the I3-2120 in it and DIB75L motherboard... I have currently installed a Radeon HD5450 video card. which works fine. however when i try to install a new video card. like the PNY GT 730 or GT 610 or the XFX R series 240 and 250. I get either a black screen with no video or only my splash bios screen with the PNY cards.
I cannot get into Bios with the new card attached. Why will a 1 Gig card work but not a 2 gig card.
I have installed the entire computer into a new case. I have a 500W powersupply now and 12g ram instead of 8. Pictures to come.

Try fixing the usb first and maybe it will fix the other.
