Does anyone know how to find/repair the Standard PS/2 driver for an Aspire ES1-131?

I've tried reinstalling Windows 10 (which the laptop came with), updating the keyboard driver (both from the laptop and by online search) and uninstalling and rebooting.  None of these solved the issue and when attempting to update it is telling me the driver is up-to-date.  I can't seem to find a new keyboard driver download from Acer or Microsoft.  Microsoft did have me download Mouse and Keyboard Center which couldn't detect my keyboard.  Any suggestions(I have a similar post in the Windows 10 section...not to spam the forum but I'm not sure which angle I should be working to get the drivers I need)?
