How to install HCKX file (trying to install driver for T232HL monitor)

After upgrading to Windows 10, I now need to re-install the driver for my T232HL monitor.  My problem is that I forgot how.  In the folder there are two HCKX files and an .inf file in a folder.  Where do I put these?

[UPDATE]  I tried to install it through the Device Manager, but it says "The best driver software for your device is already installed", which is "Generic PnP Monitor".

I have two monitors, and have also tried the monitor alone.  I know the monitor works, because it works fine on my husband's PC.

The HDMI and USB cables are both connected to my computer.

[ANOTHER UPDATE]  I uninstalled both Generic PnP Monitors and the screen started working but...

New problem.  It times out.  So the initial touch gives a disconnect sound then a connect sound before being able to use the monitor.

    KealaKC,

This is a Windows Vista and 7 article, but the steps are pretty much the same for Windows 10; here is an article that might help with driver installation.

Ty, but I've done all of those things.  The drivers are on it, but it has to initialize every single time I touch the screen which is horribly annoying.  I've unplugged and replugged things in, I've installed the drivers.  Everything I can think of.  Last time, it just mysteriously started working.  This time it's being stubborn.
