acer v5 573g wont boot up until battery is fully charged .
hi,
acer v5 573G wont boot up until battery fully charged .once it boot up it can run on battery .it will restart on battery.
but if i shutown laptop.it wont boot up until press reset button behind laptop and wait for battery to full charge again . it wont boot up on battery even fully charged

Open a command prompt as Administrator.
Type Command prompt in search, right click and choose run as Administrator.
Type cd %userprofile%/Desktop and hit enter,
Type powercfg -energy and hit enter.
Type Find

You may have already tried this, but remove the the power and, with a paper clip, gently press into the tiny hole in the bottom of the laptop until you feel it click. Plug in and start.
Are you running Win 8.1 or did you upgrade to 10?
Are you using the latest Bios?

my laptop is running on win 10 .
i updated my bios to 2.30 after getting this problem.
i tried the method you told but i will start but wont start again on battery(until fully charged)
