If you use the Acer switch with a keyboard dock, you have the option to reset windows from the login screen.

The reset will take some time to complete. Make sure your system is plugged in and is not powered off during the reset.

Please note that all data on your compuetr would be erased.

From the login screen, click the power icon in the lower right corner of the screen.

    While holding Shift, click Restart.

    Click Troubleshoot.

    Click Reset Your PC.

    Click Next.

The system will reboot and begin Preparing to Reset the PC

At the Reset your PC screen, click Just remove my files.

    Click Reset.

Click the Kudos kudos-thumbs-up.png to say “Thanks” for helping! select "Accept Solution" if your issue is resovled.

There are multiple password possible. If it's asking for the BIOS or HD password, they are both dealt with before loading the OS and won't be able to be bypassed. Only the OS login password is fixed by the reset/refresh process.
