How to disable Fn keys On Screen Display

Config: Windows 10 Home on acer Aspire XC-703 desktop computer

This desktop is used as an HTPC and has no keyboard plugged in.  When the PVR software changes the volume or uses the video capture device a volume bar OSD pops up or a "Camera On/Off" message pops up.  How can I get rid of these unwanted displays?  I've uninstalled everything acer related but these OSD keep popping up.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

    yoyoma2,

You can go to the notifications settings and turn off the items you do not want to have pop up on the screen.

Thanks but these are not that kind of notification.

Other people with Acer computers also have the same problem here.  Also the same problem with Acer with a screenshot  here.

These "Camera On/Off" messages appear in the same location as the volume bar when adjusting the volume with the Fn key combinations.  The "Show Notifications for" setting in "Ease of Access" "Other options" affects the duration of the volume bar and "Camera On/Off" messages equally.  Adjusting the volume with Fn key combo immediatly replaces any "Camera On/Off" message with a volume bar and vice versa.

Some laptops have an Fn key combo to enable/disable the camera.  It appears as if some acer desktops, despite not having a webcam toggle Fn key combo, can still trigger the same graphical notification when an application toggles the camera (or video capture device) through software.  This is why I'm asking how to disable the Fn key graphical notificatiions.

This issue needs to be shown to engineering.  Googling this problem only brings up acer users.
