Can not register my new 360 laptop R3-131T-c28S

I've spent hours trying to register my laptop to no avail.

I am totally frustrated at this point.

 

trying to login to register gets either a Gateway Timeout
The gateway did not receive a timely response from the upstream server or application. OR I get a blank white page with either of these urls

I have tried a few times on different days, still the same problem running around in circles.

Originally I was just trying to sign up for an acer id and couldn't do that either, or so I thought, then I tried the next say to login with what i originally tried and it said my password was wrong..ugh. it wasn't wrong. but I did the lost password thing and used the same password, but still went around in circles.

then I tried the community link and oddly enough it let me in here after I chose a username.. so I thought maybe it would let me register since I could get in here, but noooooooooooooooo. still no luck.

 

Doesn't acer have an 800 number I could call to get this thing registered?

 

Thanks in advance for any guidance, I really need help on this one. I never had problems registering anything before, or loging in anywhere, so this is very odd. I might expect it to happen once but not 3 times, different days.

    Sorry you are having issues, Acer does have multiple methods to to register your product with us, actually:

     

     

    I can also register your product in our database we use, if you want to just provide the information to me in a PM (private message):

    • SNID or serial number
    • Contact name
    • Contact number
    • Email address
    • Shipping address
    • Purchase date

    I think it finally let me register online yesterday, but the odd thing is that it didn't send me any confirmation or id number like I got when I registered my nextbook with their site, which is used to identify me if I need support for my nextbook.

     

    The only thing I noticed after i registered is that it gave me a link to manual download, but no other sign that I actually registered. and when I logged in this morning I noticed a link to register product all over the place, but why would I see that if I am already registered. OH wait, that would be for any other products I might also buy, never mind..

     

    So, should I do as you instructed to verify that I actually did register it? When I logged in I also saw a picture of my laptop with this below it and a button next to it that says remove (??): Should I assume that is a sign I am actually registered.

    I see registration information in our database so you did it right. I will send you a private message asking for your phone number to add to the account, that is teh only thing I see missing.

    I kept clicking on the phone icon but it wouldn't do anything, so I looked for a place to put my number but could find no where to put it. I sent you all my registration information and phone number, thank you for taking the time to help me. sooz
