Recovery Media for E5-573G

I am wanting upgrading my E5-573G with a 512gb SSD drive and in need of recovery media.  Since I will be
doing a total drive replacement, I assume that I will need the Restore media.  Acer support has been less than helpful at obtaining the restore media.  They are directing to a Acer reseller that might and might not have the recovery media.  My laptop is only a week old.  According to the Acer eRecovery order site, the recovery media for my SNID is no longer available.  I started a chat session with Acer to order the eRecovery media and they directed me to there reseller "Capital Data".

Any suggestions? Should I just return the laptop and get something from another manufacture.

if you partitions are untouched from factory, you can create your own recovery media.

search on you computer about Acer erecovery and follow instruction to create it or you can do the same using built-in windows software (if your laptop has windows 8.x)

thanks for the reply.  My laptop came with Windows 10 installed and I did a search for Acer erecovery software.  No luck.  I have a 1tb SSD from my laptop that died and want to use it.  Windows search didn't return anything.

nevermind, I found it by just typing recovery drive.  Do you know if it will also restore the hidden partition on the new drive?

it will re-install all like it was from factory.
