SW5-012-12D2 will not run after going into "hibernation mode"

I purchased a lemon Aspire SW5-10. I had to ship it back to them 3 times for repair. they couldn't fix it but told me every time that it was fixed. The service was terrible.  Paying for software that I never got.  What a nightmare. They FINALLY  exchanged it with another "fixed" model SW5-012. this one is the same. I would swear it was the same computer except I shipped the other one back when I got this one.

    Because this mockerey of warranty went on for a year I now have no warrranty so they will not help me.
