I can't boot after clearing cmos.

Hei, mine is E1 572G, after clearing cmos can't boot just show basic info like cpu memory and disk size. How can I solve this ?

    Here is a direct link to the latest BIOS version (2.17) we have posted for your system. Try running that to see if it fixes your issue, from another post it sounds like you might have some BIOS problems this may resolve. In the download will be instructions on how to perform it.

    There are ways to create bootable USB discs, and I cannot really provide a specific link (sorry!). I would recommend a web search and find one that is simple enough to understand how to set it up and run it.

    if you press F2 to enter BIOS, you can't enter it?

     

    i would try to remove the HDD and try to access BIOS.

    I just tried without hdd, but still can't enter BIOS. Smiley Sad

    Try to reset CMOS again and enter BIOS without HDD.

    Unfortunately the same problem. Even no acer logo. Is the pc totally broken? I am so upset.
